Prior to the Hungarian Grand Prix, Red Bull took it upon themselves to set up camp in the city of Budapest. Join Sidepodcast, as we catch up with the team to see what went down at the historical Chain Bridge when the Bulls met the Lions.
Gerhard Berger, Tonio Liuzzi and Mark Webber all hit the streets in their Formula 1 chargers while a special guest joined in to oversee the action.

Music played: Black Lab, Mine Again
Music comes from music.podshow.com, with special thanks going to Red Bull Racing and RTV GmbH for the use of their video footage and images.

Cool video! Enjoyed it.
I love that McLaren, mainly because it has my name on it
Saima was an Italian transportation company, but it just happens to also be my name, ehehe!
I saw a bit of the Red Bull Race in London a few weeks ago, was brilliant! I also remember when we went to the F1 demo in London in… 2004 I think it was…I got pics of Martin Brundle and DC, and the cars sounded simply AWESOME, being just a few feet away!

Gave you a plug on my music blog strangely enough. I’ve come across quite a bit of crossover between F1 and music lately and your podcast gave me a hook to hang my thoughts on. Thanks.

very interested, cheers.
the thing i love about the latest video, is that we’ve been wanting to use that Black Lab track for a while, but the images never did it justice. this time the video literally soars along with the soundtrack.

What a super podcast/film.
I suppose the drivers hate these things, but it must have done so much good. It was widely derided when the circus did something similar round London a while back: but it kept on coming back via fans who had only become fans as a result of being stirred by the amazing sight and “racket” of an F1 car rolling down ordinary streets.
My favourite bit was the pilot, by the cringe, wouldn’t get me in that thing:)

i’ve watched the ‘red bull air race’ planes in action before, but the TV show is presented by that rowing guy and Bernie’s daughter Tamara.
the pair have the stage presence of a rocking horse.
i gave up watching after the first show, but after we made this video, i have a whole new respect for those pilots and that sport.
shame the production of a television show effectively ruined my opinion of what appears to be a good sport.

For me, it was not just the presenters, because that’s what the mute button is for.
The pilots all do the same course at each event, obviously, one after the other. After you’ve gawped at it for a couple of times, then it becomes less interesting.
Not less dangerous, and certainly no less skillful, but perhaps less of the wow factor.
