Live Commenting: Canada - Free Practice 3
The third and final Formula 1 practice session is upon us in Canada and the weather in Montreal is lovely. Our local weatherman F1 Wolf informed us earlier that it was blue skies all around and the AccuWeather radar suggests little will be changing any time soon.
As for the teams, well there’s a lot of work to get through for some of them. Honda, in particular, appeared to be out of sorts in both of yesterday’s sessions, whilst Renault will have been scratching their heads last night, trying to figure out where it all went so very wrong.
At the front it’s still unclear who has the advantage, and with three teams in the running for pole position this afternoon, the next 60 minutes will be crucial for each of them.
As it’s Fp3, we’ll be following live timing online, and as ITV won’t be covering this session, it’s TVlizer streaming for us today.
BBC coverage appears to be a lottery as to whether or not they’ll bother to do any commentary, the schedule says they will, but it also said that yesterday!
Shout us if you’re around for this final practice session of the weekend.

the beeb have x2 radio stations and cannot find the time for this? tomorrow it says they’re covering only half of the race!!

Hey, How is everyone? Not sure if I like that f1 is later today, I feel like I have been waiting ages to for F1 action this weekend. although its much better than the early morning starts
I will be hoping Honda have had a brainwave over night

The Euro 08 cup is starting today, so expect International football being given priority on the BBC and ITV for the next few weeks.

It is worrying for next year. You wonder why ITV let it go at all after doing an amazing job all these years. If the Beeb were to take all the team bar Allen, that would be great. But the team can mean little if the coverage isn’t good. Worrying times really. *sigh*

I’m not sure that would be a big surprise.
From the way I saw things, friday, he looked quick, but on the limit: while Hamilton wasn’t so on the edge.
Kubica is going to win soon: and I don’t discount him for WDC, he’s fast and he’s tough and he keeps on bringing the thing home. There are a lot of races to go: if the others fall over and BMW get any more together: BK could be this years king.

Lewis doesn’t own Monaco any more than Felipe owns Turkey. ITV are just obsessed with him.

Hi Lou would love to get a copy of Coldplay - um what about putting onto http://www.adrive.com - where Kathi posts stuff. We can’t get Megaupload or Rapidshare - they do not reserve enough bandwidth for us to pick up stuff.
A friend of mine is getting some CDs from USA for me - but they are mostly goth metal - one band is Diablo Swing Orchestra which I am really into just at the moment.
