Live: What a Way to Celebrate Your 18th

We’re back once again with another Sidepodpanel. The show seems to have taken over, so much so that there’s a fierce debate going on in the comments about how it’s going to fit in from now on. Whilst I can’t tell you anything definitive about that yet, what I can tell you is that today’s show will start after Mr Clarkson & co have finished their car show.

The panel will be ably hosted by Scott Woodwiss today, and it’s his birthday when the clock strikes midnight, so don’t forget to wish him many happy returns as he takes the host’s chair for the first time. We should be starting at 9pm GMT and hope to get Skype up and running much sooner than last time.

Exactly… the idea of it is to swing the weight of a car like a pendulum so you get a more aggressive turn-in to a corner … but that would never work with a high-COG vehicle like a van as you’d end up rolling the thing…

From Wikipedia:Star Trek: The Next Generation is science fiction TV show created by Gene Roddenberry as part of Star Trek franchise. Set in the 24th century, about 100 years after the original Star Trek, the program features a new crew and a new starship Enterprise. It premiered the week of September 28, 1987 to some 27 million viewers[1] with the two-hour pilot “Encounter at Farpoint”, and ran for 178 episodes (the greatest number of episodes of any Star Trek show in the series) in seven seasons, ending with the finale “All Good Things…” the week of May 23, 1994.
