    Hi Christine & Me,

If the FIA wanted F1 to be GREEN they could limit each car to a set amount of fuel for the whole weekend; practice, qualifying and the race itself. Beggar all their other current rules, just make F1 the fastest economy run in the world.

That would be exiting and really help the whole auto-industry develop more ecoonomical cars. It would also make America take F1 seriously.

    Just a thought.

    Best regards as ever Bob.

not sure i understand why the “home of the suv”, would be interested in a series of fast economy runs?

Weeeeeeell, IndyCars now run on nothing but ethanol, as do some of the ALMS cars. So not everything racing in the US is a gas-guzzler ;)

Not sure where/how to contact you about this, so I’ll hope the comment moderation will catch it :)

For those of us that aren’t lucky enough to be in the UK (and the awesome BBC streams), the company I work for will have realtime streams of upcoming GPs on a dedicated video page http://www.casttv.com/f1.

Apologies if this is the wrong place for it. Love the show! Long time listener, first time writer, etc.
